Responsibilities
Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain VMC machines for smooth production.
Programming: Write and edit manual programs using Fanuc software.
Blueprints: Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and tolerances.
Inspection: Inspect parts using precision instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers).
Process Knowledge: Apply a robust understanding of mechanical machining processes.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machining or programming problems independently.
Safety: Strictly adhere to all workshop safety protocols.
