We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Understand IT requirements, skills, and job descriptions.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Submit qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of US IT recruitment.
Willingness to work in US time zones/night shifts.
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
