Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer SMT & FATP responsible for ensuring process and product quality across SMT and FATP assembly lines. The role will involve process monitoring, defect analysis, root-cause identification, and driving corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control process quality across SMT and FATP production lines.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections as per defined standards.
Identify and analyze defects related to PCBAs, soldering, component placement, assembly, and testing.
Monitor key quality parameters, rejection, rework, and defect trends.
Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, NPI, Testing and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans and quality standards.
Conduct process audits and layered process audits on SMT/FATP lines.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of SMT and FATP processes.
Knowledge of PCB/PCBA assembly and soldering defects.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Hands-on experience in electronics/EMS manufacturing preferred.
