Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver food orders to customers safely and on time.
Ensure correct orders, packaging and delivery without missing items or spillage.
Maintain delivery turnaround time (TAT) and customer satisfaction.
Handle food and delivery bags hygienically.
Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding order status and delays.
Follow traffic rules and maintain a valid driving licence and vehicle documents.
Handle customer queries professionally and report complaints to the Store Manager.
Maintain delivery records and follow company policies.
Eligibility CriteriaValid driving licence and two-wheeler.
Own bike and smartphone preferred.
Knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
Valuable communication skills and customer-friendly behaviour.
