Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store appearance, attractive window displays, and organized floor layouts according to brand guidelines.
Inventory Control: Oversee stock replenishment, manage periodic inventory audits, and minimize shrinkage.
Operations & Compliance: Handle daily store openings/closings, cash management, shift scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
