Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant, kitchen, dining area and washrooms.
Clean floors, tables, windows and other surfaces regularly.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.
Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and restaurant surroundings.
Use cleaning materials and equipment safely.
Ensure adequate availability of cleaning supplies.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
Report maintenance issues to the Store Manager.
Eligibility & SkillsBasic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant workplace.
Punctual, disciplined and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
