• Configure and administer AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk platforms.
• Monitor application, infrastructure, and business transaction performance.
• Perform proactive performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Identify bottlenecks using traces, logs, and metrics.
• Create dashboards, reports, alerts, and monitoring policies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide performance recommendations.
• Support production incidents and critical application outages.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow, CI/CD, and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and SRE teams.
• Maintain monitoring standards and observability best practices.
