Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Visits: Visit industrial customers, factories, consultants, contractors, and OEMs to develop new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Generate new leads through field visits, telephone calls, IndiaMART, references, and other marketing channels.
Sales Follow-Up: Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and develop recent customer accounts.
Product Promotion: Promote company products, including APFC panels, RTPFC panels, Active Harmonic Filters, SVG/ASVG panels, and other electrical control panels.
Enquiry Management: Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions and quotations.
Sales Conversion: Follow up on pending quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Market Research: Identify new industries,



potential customers, competitors, and business opportunities.
Payment Follow-Up: Coordinate with customers for outstanding payments and support timely payment collection.
Daily Reporting: Submit daily customer visit reports, lead details, follow-up status, and sales activity reports to management.
Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Basic knowledge of electrical products and industrial sales.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of customer visits per day/week.
Number of new leads generated.
Number of quotations followed up.
Number of current customers acquired.
Sales orders generated and revenue achieved.
Timely follow-up and payment collection.

Objective: To generate new business, strengthen customer relationships, increase sales, and achieve the company's sales targets.
