Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations while working in a skilled pharmaceutical manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and recruitment correspondence.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or any relevant graduation.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
