We are looking for a versatile Continental Commi 1 Chef to prepare quality Continental food, craft specialty coffees and mocktails, curate current dishes, and assist with stock and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Culinary & Beverage: Prepare Continental dishes (salads, pastas, mains) and craft coffees, mocktails, and seasonal menu additions.
Inventory & Prep: Track daily stock, enforce FIFO rotation, manage prep levels, and minimize wastage.
Hygiene & Standards: Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and strictly follow food safety guidelines.
Service: Demonstrate valuable serving etiquette and assist with basic table service during peak hours.
Desirable: Know operating petpooja system.
