Follow up with customers for pending payments via phone, email, and site visit.
Maintain records of outstanding invoices and payment status.
Send payment reminders and collection statements and Track payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.
Escalate long-pending cases to management when required.
