Job Description
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into bookings.
Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements.
Maintain lead records and update sales reports regularly.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales-orientated mindset with robust negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Experience in sales, travel, or customer handling is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
