About the RoleVS IT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Recruiter to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and completing the recruitment process based on client requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for various job openings.
Make calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documents, and joining.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Understand client requirements and work on suitable candidate profiles.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
Regularly follow up with candidates until the recruitment process is completed.




Coordinate with the internal team to fulfill client hiring requirements.
