This role is not just about making calls it’s about understanding prospects, building relationships, negotiating smartly and converting conversations into business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements and pitch Social Hikers’ services.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales process.
Negotiate with clients and close deals while maintaining a good client experience.
Work directly with Devansh and the required team to plan and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and keep track of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Explore recent ways and channels to generate qualified leads and bring in business.
Take ownership of your monthly targets and work towards achieving them consistently.

Must be based in Roorkee, Dehradun or Rishikesh

Candidates from other cities will not be considered for this role
Excellent English communication and conversational skills
Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
Confident while speaking to clients and handling business conversations
Positive understanding of sales, lead conversion and follow-ups
Ability to build qualified relationships and handle objections
Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable taking ownership
Prior experience in sales, business development, client servicing or a similar role will be preferred.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives

For candidates with strong relevant experience and a proven sales track record, compensation can be discussed accordingly.
