We are looking for an experienced Retail HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations across our supermarket stores, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and manpower planning for all stores.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, and productivity.
Conduct employee training and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate with store managers and management to meet HR targets.
