Job ResponsibilitiesManage daily branch operations.
Handle and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads and acquire recent clients.
Manage Demat and Trading Account openings.
Maintain client relationships.
Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
RequirementsAny Degree / MBA preferred.
Experience in Banking, Stockbroking, or Financial Services.
Valuable leadership and communication skills.
Stock market knowledge preferred.
Kannada and English communication skills.
