Lead and manage all legal processes related to SARFAESI Act enforcement, including issuance of notices to possession.
Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and authorized officers to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as demand notices, possession notices etc.
Liaise with local authorities, police, and district administration for smooth execution of enforcement actions.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings before DRT, DRAT, and other relevant forums.
Maintain accurate records of enforcement actions, expenses, and case progress for audit and reporting purposes.
Provide legal guidance to management and operational teams on SARFAESI-related matters.
Ensure adherence to timelines and minimize litigation risks by proactive case management.
