Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end loan operations, including application processing, documentation, verification, and disbursement.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and credit departments.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of loan files.
Monitor pending cases, resolve operational issues, and maintain MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Lead the operations team and achieve operational targets.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.
3–5 years of experience in loan operations, preferably in personal loans, business loans, LAP, or mortgage loans.
Robust knowledge of banking processes, loan documentation, and team management.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
