Job Description – Farmhouse Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to manage farmhouse construction, ensure quality execution, plan site activities, and complete work on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and understand architectural, structural, and services drawings.
Check site levels, dimensions, alignment, and measurements.
Operate surveying instruments such as Auto Level, Dumpy Level, and Theodolite.
Plan upcoming work, manpower, materials, and site activities 1–2 weeks in advance.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and seniors.
Monitor work quality, daily progress, and project timelines.
Identify site issues and take timely corrective action.
Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, materials, and machinery.




Report delays and technical issues with possible solutions.

Required Skills:
Valuable technical knowledge of civil construction and drawings.
Practical experience in surveying, levelling, and setting-out.
Robust planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
Positive coordination, discipline, and communication skills.

Key Expectation:

The candidate should be proactive, plan work in advance, solve day-to-day site problems, and take responsibility for completing work with proper quality and within the planned timeline.
