Role & responsibilities
Follow up with existing clients for pending payments, outstanding dues, and timely payment collection.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and address their requirements.
Track and follow up on Tally Software Services (TSS) renewals, license renewals, and subscription updates.
Support current sales and marketing activities through customer outreach, lead follow-upsand sales coordination.
Maintain customer databases, update CRM records, prepare follow-up reports, and coordinate with the sales and support teams to achieve business targets.
