Finance & Accounts – Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Handle AP, AR, journal entries, ledgers, invoices, and payments.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare MIS and periodic financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
Ensure GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor expenses, internal controls, and financial discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance,



or related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
Solid analytical, numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
