Job Responsibilities
Contact clients through CRM-based calling and understand their requirements.
Explain the company's stock market advisory services and products to potential and existing clients.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through effective communication.
Follow up with clients regularly and maintain qualified relationships.
Handle client queries and provide relevant information regarding advisory services.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
Maintain accurate calling and client information in the CRM system.
For the Manager – With Team position, manage and guide the team,
monitor performance, and ensure achievement of team targets.
Maintain daily calling and sales reports as required by the management.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in stock market advisory, broking, financial services.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products.
Ability to handle client conversations professionally.
Target-oriented and motivated towards sales.
Comfortable working with CRM software and calling systems.
Graduation preferred.
