Pharma Distributors is a 30-year-old pharmaceutical distribution firm in Janakpuri, West Delhi, operating and serving chemists across Delhi NCR. We work with 200+ pharma companies and divisions. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented accountant to manage our day-to-day accounts in Marg ERP.

What you'll do
Reconcile bank statements with Marg entries every day and flag mismatches
Record and verify incoming payments from chemists (NEFT, UPI, cheques, cash) against outstanding bills
Keep party ledgers updated in Marg: receipts, payments, credit notes, debit notes, and expiry or breakage adjustments
Follow up on outstanding balances and share ageing reports with the owner
Support GST work: purchase and sales register checks, GSTR-2B matching, and coordination with our CA




Keep vouchers, bank records, and payment proofs organised

What we're looking for
B.Com or equivalent
[2–4] years of accounting experience, preferably in pharma or FMCG distribution
Hands-on experience with Marg ERP (strongly preferred; Tally experience also considered)
Valuable working knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledgers, and GST basics
Comfortable with Excel and net banking
Honest, organised, and able to work independently
