Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment prospects to potential buyers.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally and build solid customer relationships.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.




Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computers, and CRM tools.
Ability to understand customer needs and identify genuine buyers.
Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
Prior experience in real estate telecalling, property sales, or lead generation is an added advantage.
