We are looking for a confident and responsible Female Executive to handle customer orders and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Existing customers कडून orders घेणे आणि order details व्यवस्थित नोंदवणे.
Customers सोबत फोन/WhatsApp वर नियमित communication ठेवणे.
Pending payments साठी customers ना qualified पद्धतीने follow-up करणे.
Payment status आणि outstanding amount चा record maintain करणे.
Order confirmation, dispatch आणि payment-related updates customers ना देणे.
Sales team आणि office team सोबत coordination करणे.
Customer queries basic level वर handle करणे.
Daily order आणि payment follow-up report तयार करणे.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills
Marathi आणि Hindi बोलता येणे आवश्यक; basic English preferred.
WhatsApp आणि smartphone वापरता येणे आवश्यक.
Basic computer knowledge असल्यास प्राधान्य.
Customer follow-up करण्यासाठी confidence आणि consistency.
Fresher candidates देखील apply करू शकतात.
Salary
₹6000 – ₹18,000/month
Experience आणि communication skills नुसार salary ठरवली जाईल.
