We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
Supervise the service teams.
Ensure positive customer service and handle customer complaints.
Manage staff attendance, duties and daily schedules.
Check food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock and coordinate with the kitchen for requirements.
Handle billing, cash and basic daily reports.
Ensure the restaurant opens and closes properly.
Train and guide staff when required.
Make sure restaurant rules and SOPs are followed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant/hotel mandatory.
Valuable communication in English and Bengali and people-management skills.
Responsible, punctual and comfortable handling a team.
