Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and hiring for various job openings within the company.
Post job vacancies on online job portals and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate face-to-face or online interviews.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases, employee records,



and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with management to understand staffing requirements.
Support daily HR activities and help maintain a positive work workplace.
RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; an HR-related qualification is preferred.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
ExperienceFreshers are welcome.
Candidates with experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition will have an advantage.
