Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, explain menu options, and process orders accurately.
Food and Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, or plate light snacks and pastries.
Billing and Cash Handling: Operate POS registers, manage digital/UPI/cash transactions, and balance the cash drawer.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Explicit tables, sanitize counters, wash utensils, and keep the seating area tidy.
Stock Management: Restock front-of-house displays, monitor inventory, and report shortages to management
