Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Update product descriptions, pricing, inventory, and images.
Monitor order processing, returns, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely fulfillment.
Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
Track marketplace metrics and identify prospects for growth.
Ensure marketplace compliance and account health.
