Position: Senior Sales Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Job Type: Full time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Work Location
Varanasi: Work From Office (WFO)
Other Cities: 100% Work From Home (WFH)
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert company-generated leads into bookings.
Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹10 lakhs.
Sell domestic and international tour packages.
Conduct customer follow-ups and close bookings.
Maintain sales reports and build long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate effectively and maximize sales conversions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism, travel, or sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Regional language proficiency preferred: Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, and others.
