Sales & Field Sales ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for generating sales and bringing business directly.
Leads will not be provided by the company; the candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads.
The role will be target-based, with explicit monthly/periodic sales targets.
The candidate will be required to actively work in the field through:
Door-to-door customer visits
Canopy / promotional activities
Local market visits
Customer meetings and follow-ups
References and networking
Other field-level lead generation activities
The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to customer conversion.




Regular follow-up with prospective customers and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline will be expected.
Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, customer conversion, sales achieved and target completion.
The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field work and direct customer interaction.
