Job Role

Drive Health Insurance business through direct sourcing, advisors, bankers, corporate clients, channel partners, and customer referrals while ensuring quality business and timely policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert Health Insurance leads across individual, family, group, and corporate segments.
Develop and manage relationships with customers, advisors, bankers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Coordinate with bankers, insurers, underwriting, operations, and claims teams for smooth policy processing.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable Health Insurance solutions.
Manage the complete process from lead generation, quotation, proposal, documentation, underwriting to policy issuance.




Develop and activate current advisor and channel-partner networks.
Monitor renewals, pending cases, pipeline, and maintain accurate MIS.

Performance Criteria
Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.
Consistent target achievement, premium generation, and revenue contribution.
Lead-to-proposal and proposal-to-policy conversion.
Recent advisor/channel-partner acquisition and activation.
Renewal/persistency performance, case quality, documentation accuracy, and TAT.
Timely MIS reporting and effective pipeline management.
