Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
Create job cards with accurate vehicle details.
Explain the required service and estimated cost to customers.
Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
Update customers on service progress and delivery time.
Ensure repairs are completed as per company standards.
Check vehicle quality before delivery.
Prepare invoices and explain the work completed.
Deliver the vehicle to the customer and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain service records and customer information.
Follow up with customers after service for feedback.
Maintain a clean and qualified work workplace.
