Own end-to-end onboarding of small and mid-sized corporate clients on the Bharatsure platform
Act as the primary point of contact for HR teams for queries related to product, process, operations, and high-level claims support Educate corporate employees on policy coverage, perks, and available offerings
Maintain solid relationships with client HR SPOCs and support policy renewals.
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Assist Key Account Managers in servicing enterprise clients.
