Role: We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct site visits and present project details, pricing, and payment plans.
Build robust customer relationships and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth booking and documentation process.
RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
Prior experience in real estate or target-based sales preferred.
