Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, qualified service.
Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu-related queries.
Serve waffles, beverages, and other food items to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, dining area, and service counter.
Transparent and clean tables, utensils, and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and counter team for smooth order processing.
Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns.
Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Support the team during busy hours and maintain quick service.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
EligibilityFRESHERS CAN APPLY.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Prior café/QSR/restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
