Job Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and assist them in selecting textiles, handicrafts, and fashion products.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available designs.
Handle counter sales, customer inquiries, and billing.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the counter is well-organized.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or counter sales.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid sales and product-presentation abilities.
Knowledge of textiles, handicrafts, or fashion products will be preferred.
Ability to handle billing and maintain basic sales records.
