Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise residential construction activities from excavation to finishing.
Monitor excavation, foundation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
Read and execute structural and architectural drawings.
Check quality, levels, alignment, dimensions and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors and project teams.
Monitor material requirements, site progress and daily activities.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Ensure proper safety practices and timely completion of work.
RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–4 years of relevant site experience.
Residential construction experience preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Two-wheeler/Bike mandatory.
Willingness to work across multiple project sites in Bengaluru.
