Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition, lead conversion, and daily deployments through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls and generate leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales prospects.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Manage follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Explain products, services, and pricing clearly to customers.
Update CRM with accurate lead details, call notes, and outcomes.
Coordinate with the Yard Officer for smooth customer onboarding.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily deployments and lead management.
Lead-to-conversion ratio.
Follow-up efficiency and sales target achievement.
