We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef who is experienced in preparing Oriya (Odia) cuisine, North Indian dishes, and Biryani. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of traditional flavors, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Oriya, North Indian, and Biryani dishes with consistency and quality
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Plan menus and manage kitchen inventory efficiently
Ensure timely preparation and service of meals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in similar cuisines
Valuable knowledge of spices, ingredients, and regional cooking styles
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations
Facilities Provided:
