Safely operate and drive the assigned vehicle according to traffic rules and company policies.
Pick up and drop off employees, clients, or passengers safely and on time.
Maintain the vehicle in clean, protected, and positive working condition.
Perform routine checks of fuel, tires, brakes, oil, lights, and other essential components.
Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Plan routes efficiently and use navigation systems when required.
Ensure proper handling and security of company documents, materials, or goods carried in the vehicle.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain confidentiality when transporting staff or company information.




Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or materials when required.
Renew or maintain required vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and licenses as applicable.
Keep the vehicle ready and available as per the assigned schedule.
Demonstrate skilled, courteous, and responsible behavior with passengers, clients, and colleagues.
Follow company policies regarding vehicle use, fuel, parking, and authorized trips.
Immediately report any traffic violations, accidents, damage, or unusual incidents to the supervisor.
