Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various office and electronic equipment at customer locations.

Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of all types of printers and photocopier machines.
Troubleshooting and servicing of CCTV systems, UPS, and projectors.
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions at customer locations.
Attend service calls and complete assigned jobs within the scheduled time.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Maintain service reports, spare parts records, and customer service details.




Provide technical support and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Travel to customer locations across Chennai as required.
RequirementsDiploma in Engineering is mandatory.
Relevant experience in printer, photocopier, CCTV, UPS, and projector servicing is preferred.
Valuable technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Valuable communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000, based on experience and technical skills.
Petrol conveyance / travel allowance as per company policy.
