Key ResponsibilitiesVisit
customer and project sites for installation, inspection, and service support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site.
Handle maintenance and repair of solar systems and related equipment.
Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
Prepare service reports and maintain proper service records.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Travel to different project sites as required.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.
Basic knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical equipment.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field work.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
