Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business prospects through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Assess clients’ financial status and insurance needs
Recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, auto, property, business, etc.)
Explain policy features, perks, exclusions, and pricing clearly
Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations
Assist clients with policy applications and documentation
Maintain accurate client records and policy information
Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals and updates
Support clients during claims processes and follow up until resolution
