Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience across recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and general HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment and sourcing of candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Assist with attendance and basic personnel management
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures




Handle basic HR-related communication with employees
Assist with employee engagement activities
Support HR-related queries under the guidance of the HR team
Assist HR leadership with ongoing projects and day-to-day activities
RequirementsPursuing or completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience are also welcome
Basic understanding of HR processes and policies
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Basic proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to learn HR software and databases
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
