Candidates will assist international customers by responding to their queries through email and live chat, ensuring professional communication and quality customer service.

Job Details

- Job Title: Email & Chat Support Executive

- Process: International Non-Voice Process

- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience

- Qualification: Any Graduate

- Work Mode: Work from Office

- Job Type: Full-Time, subject to applicable employment terms

- Salary: ₹15,000 - 20000 take-home per month for freshers, subject to applicable offer terms

- Shift: UK/US rotational shifts, as applicable

- Week Off: Rotational

- Handle customer queries through email and live chat.

- Provide accurate, explicit, and professional written responses.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain high standards of written English communication.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely and effective support.

Eligibility Criteria
