Experience : 3 to 5 yearsResponsibilities :- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate and develop backend solutions.- Design and maintain scalable server-side architecture.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.- Integrate databases and ensure efficient data flow between systems.- Write efficient, reusable, and secure backend code following best practices.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade backend systems and APIs.- Optimize application performance, including database query optimization and caching.- Ensure proper security and data protection measures are in place.- Create and maintain technical documentation for backend services.- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps,



and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Requirements and Skills:- Proven experience as a Backend Developer.- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.- Strong working knowledge of MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with asynchronous programming, middleware, and error handling.- Valuable understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2) and security best practices.- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment and storage (S3).- Experience with Git, Postman, and version control practices.- Knowledge of Python for automation or backend scripting is an added advantage.- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Strong organizational and analytical mindset.- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Good to Have :- Experience with Docker or containerized deployments.- Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or microservices architecture.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
