MyHappyJourney.com is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our growing team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable holiday packages, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer preferences, budgets, travel dates, and requirements.
- Prepare and sell domestic and international tour packages, including Kerala, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Bali, and other destinations.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport operators, and other travel suppliers.
- Manage bookings, payments, confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up using the company's CRM.




- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Bengali, Marathi, or other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or telesales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.
- A customer-first attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
