The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying AI agents and developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, good knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM-based applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.- Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, task execution, and workflow orchestration.- Develop and implement multi-agent and agentic workflows using relevant frameworks and technologies.- Work hands-on with agent harnessing and orchestration concepts, including tool calling, memory, context management, and agent workflows.- Develop scalable and production-grade applications using Python and FastAPI.- Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, databases, and external services with AI agents.- Design and implement reliable and scalable AI/ML systems.- Deploy and manage AI agents and GenAI applications in cloud environments.- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and data teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.- Follow software engineering best practices including clean coding, testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design and solution discussions.- Evaluate emerging Agentic AI and GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant business use cases.Required Skills :- 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.- 4+ years of experience in Generative AI technologies.- 2 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI / AI Agent development.- Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying AI agents.- Solid understanding of Agent Harnessing, Agent Orchestration, and agentic workflows.- Experience with LLMs and LLM-based application development.- Strong experience with FastAPI and REST API development.- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts.- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.- Experience in designing and developing scalable systems.- Exposure to GCP / Google Cloud Platform is preferred.- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.- Exposure to modern AI-assisted coding and developer productivity tools.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
