Robust hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
Experience in at least one full lifecycle Greenfield implementation.
In-depth understanding of: Leave and absence management concepts Accruals, eligibility, and proration rules
Experience coordinating Time Off & Payroll integrations.
